add content from public site

hi. i have a content class called 'people'. Let's suppose we have only to fields, name and surname. i know how to add records to 'people' class, but i want to do it outside the administration. i mean, i want everybody can add records to that class. no login is required... i'm a bit newbie with ez, so i any links or tutorials to do that would be apprecitated
