Combining datatype

Hi everybody,

I need a datatype combining the option's datatype with the object relation's datatype for a specific class as same as poll's class of ez. For each option, i would like associate a image object.

for exemple :

Name of Option : Question
option 1 : custom text 1
associate object : image 1
option 2 : custom text 2
associate object : image 2
option 3 : custom text 3
associate object : image 3
option 4 : custom text 4
associate object : image 4
option 5 : custom text 5
associate object : image 5
