Extend <link> tag in admin ..EZ 4.2.0 or 4.1.0

Hi All,
Can any one help me in this I want to add name field to link in editor at admin site (<link> tag).I wan't to extend link from href,view,target,class,title,id to nowhref,view,target,class,title,id, name
can any one guied me how can i proceed with this ..
please help..
