eZ publish 3.1 and e-learning: is it a possible choise?

In my opinion the best value of this CMS for learning application is the flexibility. But I would like to know the best way to implement some function that are very important in a e-learning context, like: - user activity tracking - quiz and assesment - possibility to import/export xml structured metadata (like IMS metadata about learning object) I think that implemeting this functions, eZ publish will be a very competitive LCMS. Have you some ideia?
