Shawn, you can purchase support from eZ systems: http://ez.no/services/support which will not only solve your problem, but help out the company who makes the product, and thus the community as a whole.

You would think however that that option would be brought up by the support team in the bug report then? They don't seem to eager to help out, as they dismissed our bug report rather quickly.

I'd also sooner, at this point, pay to create our clients website again from scratch on something other than EZpub, which has proven itself to be an extremely buggy and headache inducing peice of software.

We closed the bug report because we couldn't reproduce the problem. However, there are also two options for you to try out (explained in the two last comments in the bug) in order to help you. If possible, we'd really like to help you; with or without support.
