notification class filter

hi all! i need some help in ez notification system. There is forum on my site and i need that if new comment(not topic or other, only comment) is published system will send email to me to address address1@myez.com. also if users change private information(address, name, etc.) email must send to address2@myez.com.

how can i do this ? thx )
