Read access problem during get list of object

I need get list of all node which can be read for current user
in parent node. Following code:

        children=fetch( content, list, hash( parent_node_id, $node.node_id,
                                             sort_by, $node.sort_array,     
                                             limit, $page_limit, 
                                             offset, $view_parameters.offset ) )

generate 'Acess denied' exception.

How can I get list all readable objects if folder contains not readable objects for current user ?

I use EZ version 3.4.

More detail:
I have folder with some other folders which contains objects (Arcticles for example).
Inner folders assigned to different sections.

User which try to fetch list of folders has permissions read,create and edit Folders and Articles from one of mentioned sections.
