Related objects for User classes

Hello all

I'm trying to create a relationship between two custom user classes I've created. Problem is, I don't know how to use the "Related Object" data type. What do I enter in the text-field to connect one user to another.

Sorry if this answer is out there already, I'm efforting a search as I type.
