Hi, i've installed the extension 'EZSurvey' (http://ez.no/developer/contribs/applications/ez_survey__1) on my ezpublish 3.9.4 I have followed all the file 'readme' to install the extension, there is no error, and i create an object of the 'survey' class with a name and a number... but after, what can i do ?? where is the form to create the questions and write the answers ?? Thanks a lot for your help Anthony

It's new home seems to be: http://projects.ez.no/ezsurvey , click on Subversion to get the svn url to download the updated version for eZ Publish 3.7+ (not including 4.0).
Future development of this extension is under open founding here:

I'll just add, that we've recently successfully installed this extension, but not without a long series of eZ Publish version and eZSurvey version incompatibilities and matching, and I'm not sure if we've actually used one of the versions available at ez.no, or some other one. I really hope the projects get open-funded eventually, it has already reached the 100% twice, and it is still open...

Hi everybody I have the same problem, just like Anthony. I installed the version of ezsurvez you spcified, but i don't find where i can manage the questions of the survey in the adminisstration. Somebody has already use this extensions ? How can i fill the questions for my survey ? Thanks for your help.

Hello, You (and anyone without elite developer status in the stable) would/will all be mad like a hatter to even <i>try</i> to use any reversion of an extension by this name at this point (sorry your just too late for a gratis stable copy, Re: Piotrek Karaś Comment Above).
You would be best to invest funding into the <i>open funding</i> project instead,

I needed a form generating extension and heard that Form Builder didn't work with the later versions of eZ Publish so I gave EZSurvey a go. After a little playing about I got it to work.
Points for others trying:
Get the subversion one from http://projects.ez.no/ezsurvey/subversion, I had no luck with the downloads. I have no idea what was meant in the install file about creating the schema and inserting data. Just input the sql/mysql/schema.sql file into your database. Disable the formatted paragraph option so that nobody is tempted to choose one as it fatal errors. Disable it in modules/survey/classes/ezsurveyquestions.php, just comment it out. In the admin interface make sure you have the preview tab enabled as this is where you edit the form. Otherwise the INSTALL file covers it and so far it works.

In the readme:
"Remember the node_id and node_text of each node in the full path to surveys folder.
And change the ezsurvey.ini.append.php accordingly" I use different language. So, what the node-text will be?

The new version is only compatible with eZ Publish 4. The new eZ Survey extension should support multilanguage in the same way as normal content does. Just translate the survey in the same way as you would translate an article.
