There is a nice quiet cafe with free internet right near the apartment where number of people that are here for conference stay at, it is called Caffe D'arts, Bruc 118 - Bajos Derecha. www.caffedarts.com Could be an idea to get together here. I dont know much about plans of others but could coordinate, my phone is +372 5073949 , anyone feel free to call. Unfortunately i did not do much research before coming here so im a little bit at loss now about where to go, gonna look up some things on net and then just follow my nose, anyone who wants company while getting lost or maybe knows interesting places to go see the phone above :)
