Where is the template option in Design tab?

Alejandro Dominguez	Thursday 07 October 2010 5:29:06 am Hi guys! I have been able to publish the design tab (it was missing) but I can't see the template option in the left menu. Where can I find this option? Thank you

That's what I and hundreds of others do.
