As a continuation of the previous post. Sorry for posting strange things around here, I could do them directly in php, but the purpose of my project is learning eZ Publish for later commercial applications.
So, members are able to create private data. I allowed them to link those created object between themselves (that private data can contain a custom object that retains the relation type and the relation item).
The problem:
1) data should not be linked with itself
2) there should not be possible to link with the same object 2 times
Is this possible or should I create a custom data type that extends Object relation with the new features?

I am having problems finding the location of the source code for object relation. Anyone has any idea where it might be?
I believe that I have not choice but to create a custom datatype based on object relation datatype.

Found the file, they are all in kernel/classes/datatypes/...
