Hi,
Can I make a suggestion. Could we have the number of replies to a question on the community home page. This will let folks know in a quick way if someone has had their question answered.
http://ez.no/community
For example change #Improving eZ publish environment and performance

Jianjun Hu#
to #Improving eZ publish environment and performance

It's probably worth looking at differentiating between threads.
Icon or visual marker for 1- Posts with no replies 2 - Posts with 1-10 replies 3 - Posts with 10-100 replies4 - Posts with 100 +
I think the visuals will need some thought but it will give people visual clues.
Now there is a danger here, this type of change can over power a design, so maybe some internal mock ups would be useful. But these things would be nice in eZ NOW too :) Along with
- User Badges - IM info- in reply or forum Polls.
Have an amazing weekend

Hello,
Also while the rss image on the home page for the forum rss feed fondly reminds me of Dave Winer and the history of rss.
I wonder if a different rss feed icon would not look so dated and break from the existing site's design so greatly, perhaps sourcing from here instead, http://feedicons.com/

I have no idea who Dave Winer is, but I agree, the icon from feedicons.com looks so much better :).

Thank you Ole,
We agree! The grey feed icon matches perfectly with the design of ez.no!
This improvement looks very nice.. Thank you.
Dave Winer is a software developer, entrepreneur and pioneer in the areas of RSS 2.0. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dave_Winer

It might also be nice to display this icon (as a link to the section rss feed) on the right hand side of the section header. For sections,
- Latest News - Latest Articles - Planet eZ Publish- Open Funding
Or alternatively it might be nice to have a page somewhere on ez.no which displays links to all the rss feeds available on ez.no and link to an opml file of all the rss feeds available on ez.no (as most rss readers allow import of feeds in opml format). http://ezpedia.org/wiki/en/ez/opml
Here is an example of an opml file containing rss feeds, http://download.ezcommunity.net/ez.no.opml/index.opml
