Package Verifier

Hi,

<b>Request</b>
We would like to see a package verifier option added to the package system. We have found the package system to be "temperamental" and will not always import unless you give it a helping hand.

<b>Verifier</b>
The error/debug messages from the Package system are not always enough to figure out the problem. So I would like to recommend a Package Verifier. You would be able to run this on the command line or in a system and it would run through the package and look for issues and problems with the package. If the verifier works then you can go and do the import.

This would really help and will be valuable to the community at large and hopefully encourage people to use the package system.
