The Community Project Board publishes the rationale for communication with the community.

Communication Rationale

The community project board will use a private mailing list as its primary communication channel for discussions outside of scheduled meetings. We feel that the ongoing discussions within this list are of minimal value to the community and would prefer to provide well considered communications through our public channels.

In order to facilitate the best communication with the community we intend to publish both the minutes of the meetings as well as regular RFCs (as opposed to final decisions) to our blog to enable community discussion.

In the cases that a community member feels a need to approach the board for a private matter we have established a contact form on the share.ez.no site to provide a means for private communication.
