3.7.3 trouble

Moreover, some things don't work with multi-sites while they work with 3.7.2 Example: Once my multi-site are set up, I was not able, as admin of a site, to set the debug mode for the frontend. Chances are that there are no publicly shared projected release dates - which I totally understand - but just in case, ditto to Pascal's question. :)
