Administrate users notifications

In the 'rules' section of the administration area, I can set the permission on the 'notification' function to 'use' or to 'administrate'.
This let me think that I could have somewhere in the admin area a template that can let me view and edit the notification of each users that is allow to use this function.
I don't find it, does it means it doesn't exist?

Hi!

Although letting administrators to view and edit notification settings for all users is probably good idea, it is not implemented yet. For your information, the only difference between 'use' and 'administrate' functions there is that the latter grants access to the "runfilter" view of the "notification" module.
