Attribute or Keyword-based Notification handler?

Colin Angel	Friday 19 May 2006 3:38:12 pm I'd like to send out new content notifications that match content item attributes (ie title/node name). Has anyone done anything like this? I couldn't find anything in the contribs. I figured I'd probably have to write a notification handler to do this, but there is little in the way of examples or documentation that I could find. Any guidance would be appreciated.
