Better URL Aliases

Hi there

Is it possible to change the rule of url aliases in eZ Publin 4.1 from

http://www.ezp41.test/Company/News/Lyon-a-European-metropolis

to something like this:

http://www.ezp41.test/Company,News,Lyon-a-European-metropolis

I want to exchange slashes to commas or something else in frontend only .
Is it possible at all, and how to do this? (in kernel classes?)
