bug or featuer - url in links getting initial caps?

Chris Fullerton	Saturday 24 April 2004 5:27:55 am Creating a link object, and creating link.url of the form /section/sub_section When I save it, it gets saved as /Section/Sub_Section, which does not exist. I can't find why this is happening - any help would be appreciated.
