Class attribute customization

I kind of need to have three of the attributes coming as one - having two selections and one integer. I also need to have the possibility for the user admin to duplicate the attribute in case he needs, this means this attribute should have something like an add [+] functionality which allows him to add as many as he needs in case the related class object requires more.
