clearing unused cache blocks periodically

Is there a way to clear only thoose cache blocks that haven't been used (accessed) for a certain amount of time (let's say for two days)?

Good idea.
I suggest adding this to one cleanup script or the other and making it available to the cronjobs. ;) ez, what do you think? ;)
