Content Search Fetch with Attribute Filtering

I have searched high and low for an extension that provides this functionality and it doesn't look like one exists. Before I attempt to build such an extension, I just wanted to make sure an extension does not already exist. If so, feel free to share. I plan on publishing this extension if/when I build this extension.
