Hi, on the ezxnewlsetter extension, v. 1.0, under eZ 3.8.x, I have a situation regarding "Guest" (or registered) users. Subscription to a newsletter is ok, if a user is not logged in. While, if a user is logged as a guest user, the integration seems to have some problems.
More in details:
if the user is already logged in and goes to the newsletter/register_subscription page, and subscribes, then a record is saved into the ezxsubscription table, but no record is saved in the ezxsubscriptionuserdata table. The problem is that this table contains the hash field, used in the newsletter/user_settings page, to change the user's settings (related to the newsletter) or even to unsubscribe.
So, actually, once you subscribe to a newsletter as a registered user, there is no way to change your NL settings (i.e. the mail format, as of now) or even to unsubscribe, since it seems impossible to get the hash. I think it's a bug, since, if the admin user edits and re-publishes the user NL settings, the record is finally created.
Is there anyone else having problems with the 'double' subscription issue? Are there plans to work on that in a relatively close future?
