I need to offer a form builder in the admin system.

I have seen one which is $300 per license.

I really would rather not pay that.

Does anybody know of another one out there?
Has anybody ever produced their own?

BTW, I'm just designing one to integrate in eZ. But I still have some problems... I someone can answer my post on the subkject, I will be able to propose it.
