Good Linux .tpl and .append.ini.php editor

Softriva .com	Friday 01 June 2007 7:56:13 am Dear I am using Ubuntu (Gnome) for developing sites. I had to install Qunata (KDE App) for development. I really don't like Quanta as it is too much for just .tpl usage. Can you recommend a nice .tpl and .append.ini.php editor?
