Handling <content:encoded> tag in RSS import

Currently (as of version 4.4) eZ Publish does not handle the <content:encoded> tag in RSS import feeds. This is quite a common tag and RSS readers seem to handle it well. But not eZ Publish! Has anyone written a patch or extension that will allow us to correctly import RSS feeds using the <content:encoded> item tag instead of the <description> item tag?
