How do i use SVN to put my extension updates available ?

How do i use SVN to put my extension updates available ?

Is it from my system command line ? Is it from svn web interface ? I don't get it.

There are graphical interfaces like KSVN (part of KDE) or TortoiseSVN for Windows, http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/
