How to filter RSS import?

I want to publish in my website messages about "Open Source" and only in lithuanian. Site from which i import information provides information in categories "hardware", "open source" and "microsoft" in english, lithuanian and russian. {set-block scope=root variable=cache_ttl}0{/set-block}
