I have used the extension data_import to import CSV. It works fine but it only imports the data to just one siteaccess. How can i change it so that it the data is visible from 2 different siteaccess(eng and fre). Some help will be greatly appreciated.

hi viraj, can u tell me where you activated the extension data_import. You should activate this extension in global override for all site access . Can you please check override/site.ini.append.php file. Is the extension is activated for whole site access.

The data_import extension probably imports the content into 1 single language, therefore if you don't have the option to show untranslated objects, then a siteaccess that uses a different language won't show them. You need to either activate ShowUntranslatedObjects or add the language in SiteLanguageList .
