Howto do a german translation for an extension

Hi,

i installed this extension.

http://ez.no/community/contribs/applications/newsletter

it is english, and supports also croatian and french. I would like to do a german translation. I already found the .ts files and made my own.

What do i have to do now, to get it work? And how can i share my translation with the community?
