I can't find a new event

Hi
I just make a new event "decrementocantidadtype.php". I put it at kernel/classes/workflowtypes/decrementocantidad/decrementocantidadtype.php"

I modified workflow.ini for admin site

=event_ezwaituntildate
=event_ezsimpleshipping
=event_ezmultiplexer
=event_ezpaymentgateway
=event_ezdecrementocantidad

But when I try to create a new workflow my new event don't appear at list.
It's possible that I forget some step or I do something wrong?
