I cannot see siteaccesslist in any combobox of admin[SOLVED]

I have a strange problem.
My site works fine, but in the admin interface, I cannot see siteaccess list in the comboboxes, for example, in the design section, clicking on toolbar or menu, the "siteaccess" combobox is always empty. I have the 3.9.2 release.

Make sure you have the site.ini [SiteAccessSettings] RelatedSiteAccessList[] set with a list of your siteaccesses!

Great!
In the previouse release, maybe 3.7.x or 3.8.x, site access was specified in site.ini under [SiteSettings], but using the array SiteList[] instead RelatedSiteAccessList[]. This was the problem....
