i18n translation problem, once more!

Hi everybody,

I've once more a problem with translation on my French / English web site. It had worked a few weeks ago but now, once more no i18n translation becomes possible.
First, I'd like to say that I have a /extension/ezwebin/settings/siteaccess folder in wich I have "fre" folder for french site and "eng" folder in which I have my english site.

The site.ini;append.php content for the "fre" (french site) folder is as follows :

HTTPLocale=fre-FR
ContentObjectLocale=fre-FR
ShowUntranslatedObjects=disabled
SiteLanguageList[]=fre-FR
TextTranslation=enabled

[ContentSettings]
TranslationList=eng-GB;fre-FR

Now, in my templates I have template code for english/french content as the following example :

For the above example, I have in my translation.ts the following (in my /extension/ezwebin/translations/fre-FR folder) :

And unfortunatly, no translation is made and my text remains in french even if I switch in english, except for the english content which is saved in the cms back-office and which is correctly displayed in correct language, but template elements are not translated.

I really need help.
