import database . not display

I copyed the whole website in the server. the error : Access denied You do not have permission to access this area. Possible reasons for this are: * Your current user does not have the proper privileges to access this page. * You misspelled some parts of your URL, try changing it. who can help me? thanks!!!!!!!

A number of things might have changed, especially access information (hosts, addressing method etc), db access (user/pass/host/dbname...), maybe some other things not compatible between the two locations... Please try again later or inform the system administrator. Unknown MySQL server host ' localhost' (3) Am I need reinstall the database ? thank you !!!

Possible reasons for this are:

* Your current user does not have the proper privileges to access this page.

I am not change , import the after ,I change the right :

pass/host/username

I debug two errors:

Error: access Aug 18 2008 11:25:28

Unknown access match:

Error: eZMySQLDB Aug 18 2008 11:25:28

Connection error: Couldn't connect to database. Please try again later or inform the system administrator.
Unknown MySQL server host ' localhost' (3)

Am I need reinstall the database ?
