Information collector placement and email

Hi

I've tried rather unsiccessfully to create an information collector class, place it ONCE as a node somewhere on the site and have the information emailed to a specific address. Initially it was a contact us form, which I gave up on but now I need another form.

I'm using Ez 3.3, can someone point me to (current) information on how I can do this please? All I can find is references to the SDK which don't work/out of date info.

Also, how do the various email and informaiton collector ini settings work/affect things?

Help certainly appreciated!

Hi,

You can find the SDK documentation you're referring to here:

http://pubsvn.ez.no/sdk/tutorials/view/forms

Also, please note that in early distributions of v. 3.3, collect.ini, which is vital for information collection, was missing from the settings folder, so make sure you've got it.
