Is that possible to create a new button in the toolbar of ezoe's editor ?

I didn't find any solutions in Google. If it's possible, can someone explain me how to do it or maybe someone know a tutorial ? I hope someone would help me. Thank you for every answer ! (I posted my question in heading "extensions" also. :-S)

To be honest, I start with eZ publish, therefore I have difficulties to understand the file tree. And the changes I have already tested never give the desired result :-S.
