Is there a pdf version of the SDK manual?

mikael lindqvist	Wednesday 04 June 2003 6:18:16 am Hi, I started to copy and paste the SDK manual to a word document with the intention to print everything. However, this took quite a lot of time and before I embark on that mission I just wonder if anyone already have done this and if so could point me to a pdf or doc file that I can download?
