Most Stupidly I've come back after holiday and can't recall LOGIN/PW help?

Came back after a few weeks and I think the login is admin though I can't recall password. OR, maybe there's a problem now. Can anyone tell me WHERE in the files I can locate the Password and Login for the ADMIN (me). ??? THANK YOU! Lam
