New tab like Content structure in admin interface

I have added new Tab and custom a node as top (follow: http://ez.no/developer/forum/setup_design/new_tab_in_administration_menu/re_new_tab_in_administration_menu__2 and http://ez.ryba.eu/index.php/ez_publish/lab/custom_top_level_nodes_is_that_possible_round_i_exploration). Now i can create content under new tab, it works the same with Content structure. But there are somewhere i was being stuck: - How to display active link for that new tab? Currently, Content structure tab is actived when i'm staying new tab. Any override solution to implement this (i don't want modify direct in kernel) - How can i make left menu of new tab working like left menu of Content structure? Thanks a lot for your help!
