Notification system in eZ publish - no delivery if object moved

The editors then move the object to this news-section, BUT then the subscription-system don't "work". When objects are created directly in the news-section, the subscribers get an email with information, but when articles need to be work on and corrected before the "release", then it has to be moved. There is no Save(and not publish) function in eZ. Anyone have any ideas how we easily can work this out?
