pdf - cache_ttl 0 ?

hi,

i need to have an pdf generated not cached for a specific node.
in the pdf-override template i have set 

{set-block scope=root variable=cache_ttl}0{/set-block}

but it seems that it has no effect.
Can anyone help ?
