pubsvn up again (was:pubsvn down)

Paul Borgermans	Saturday 07 October 2006 4:55:14 am Hello I took the pubsvn server down: the community repository is corrupt since somewhere this morning and the normal recovery fails. I'll try more low level recovery later today when I have more time. To avoid more problems, pubsvn is closed for now. I'll have to restore from tape the backup from last friday evening. This is only possible with physical access to the servers (manual tape changes) .. which will only be monday afternoon CET and takes a long time.
