Questions about "Enterprise" support

Sam Wong	Sunday 19 October 2003 11:54:20 pm I have some questions regarding your "Enterprise" support plan. I need to develop a product catalog, but I'm a ezpublish newbie (sorta). Say, if I break down my product catalog plan into several pieces and ask you for assistance, what kind of answer will I get? Will I get a general answer or specific step-by-step tutorial? If you want answers on how to build up a site with different products, with a special structure, we will be able to help you with that. The complexity of the answer, will depend on the questions. It's therefore important that you describe your problem as clear as you can, and if you want a "step by step" tutorial on one issue, you can also ask about that. If you for instance want us to develop a new feature especially for you, we can also do that, with for example a time estimate within the support contract. Hope this was an answer to your questions.
