recursive awarding of location of content structure nodes

In the world there are over 180 countries like 180 center.
Every center should have an reference (location) to the common node with the subtree von content of 50 nodes or more and depth of 3 or more. One place of editing. The full common subtree as reference in all center nodes.

In the admin surface site there are an function in popup menu like "copy of subtree".
Is there an function like "location of subtree" too?

Please count: 180 x 50 x depth of 3 or more... so many clicks for giving an node of subtree in common folder with new location...

eZ publish works fine for giving one node to one new location.
But if you managed 50 nodes in subtree and give all of them an new location of 180 several places in your content structure... it will be not funny!

Is there an function like "copy of subtree" for "localization of subtree" beginning at an start node?
