Site with 2 segments..

The site will be splitted into 2 parts horizontally.The first block will be sensitive to the menus in the left part of the same block.The second part (placed below the first ) will have seperate left menus .The content should be displayed on the bottom portion when the menu at the bottom part is clicked.How can i accomplish this with ezpublish 3.6.1. I dont want to make use of frames in the site. Please help... Thanks in advance..

Hai,
