Some issues in 4.0.2

In 4.0.1, as I added pictures to articles using "create new object" under "automatic" localization, they could be easily seen by visitors. The pictures were saved in media/images, and that's it... But in 4.0.2, as I do the same, the visitors get "you don't have permission to view this file" message. Is it normal and intended? It was quite convenient to add pictures using "automatic localization", please take a look at it. Also, when adding a picture that way, as I click "OK", the popup window don't close. Is it only me? The changes seem strange, in 4.0.1 the window closed normally. Shiki soku ze ku...
