The best way to do this is to coordinate with our translations manager Gunnstein Lye (gl@ez.no). He is on vacation this week, but will be back on monday. To translate eZ publish, copy the untranslated file from share/translations/untranslated/translation.ts and insert it into an appropriate directory in the share/translations directory (look at the existing structure). Then use the linquist program to do the translation. http://ez.no/ez_publish/download/translations/ezlupdate_and_linguist Gunnstein will be glad to help you if you have any questions.
