UTF Characterset

Hi,

I have upgraded my site from 3.2.4 to 3.5. The characterset used in the earlier version was UTF. Now, after upgrading to 3.5, the text is not displayed in UTF. I think its displayed in ISO characterset. Do I need to set the characterset setting somewhere?
