set up a system notification

Hassan CHAKROUN	Monday 30 May 2011 9:39:12 am Hi everyone,I want set up a Subtree notifications like http://share.ez.no/notification/settings so when a user is subscribed to be notified if an article beneath of node whitch the user choose, the system send un email to him. Can you tell me how to do this step by step ? Thank you so much.
